Job Title: Quality Line InspectorQualificationsnnPrevious quality experiencennHigh School Diploma requirednnAbility to work independentlynnJob DescriptionnnAs a Quality Line Inspector, you will be responsible for auditing line quality records on the plant floor performed by operations. You will ensure the accuracy of weight, labels, lot numbers, and check for leaks, indentations, and tears in packaging. Your role will involve recording inspection results, calculating basic statistical information, and maintaining a clean work environment. Reliable and regular attendance is expected.nnAudit line quality records on the plant floor.nnCheck and record weight of products.nnEnsure proper labels, lot numbers, and printing on packaging.nnInspect for leaks, indentations, and tears in packaging.nnVerify seals on bags and caps.nnCheck pallets of products for proper labeling and packaging.nnNotify Line Supervisor when inspection data exceeds acceptable limits or when major incidents of poor quality are noted.nnRecord inspection results on forms and input data into computer systems.nnCalculate and record basic statistical information.nnAssist with quality performance audits.nnMaintain a clean work environment both inside and outside the facility.nnPerform other work-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.nnAbout ActalentnnActalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
