Summary

Trailer Bridge is looking for energetic, self-motivated go-getters to join and be part of our fast-growing logistics business. The Logistics Analyst will be responsible for analysis of Trailer Bridge’s Intermodal and Drayage division.

Essential Functions:

• Analyze customer lanes for profitability. Develop pricing strategies with ACM’s
• Assist in pricing opportunities with customers for Intermodal, truckload, and LTL
• Audit invoices to customers for accuracy. Ensure we are passing through our accessorial costs w/ profitably.
• Audit invoices from carriers & customers for accuracy. Ensure carriers are on our fuel & accessorial program.
• Ensure loads are being updated in real time per SOP’s. Tracking and Tracing, Payables, and Receivables
• Request invoices from carriers after loads deliver and getting POD’s to speed process of AR/AP
• Strong proficiency working with Excel Pivot Tables and Charts, VLOOKUP, Functions, and Formulas. Knowledge of SQL and Power BI a plus.
• Store all the SOP’s and pricing for customers/carriers to ensure we are paying/invoicing the correct amounts
• Supports the culture of Trailer Bridge by modeling the attributes and TB12 Core Values of a TB team member.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of proven experience in (3PL) Third-Party Logistics operations and/or accounting.
• Detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive approach to analyzing, diagnosing, and prescribing business solutions to meet company goals
• Strong oral, written communications
• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications.
• Exemplary communication skills both oral and written
• Consistently meets deadlines
• Creative and driven to find or create solutions
