New, intimate omakase sushi restaurant opening in Venice and we need a head chef and sous!  The perfect world, we find a chef that has a sous to bring with them. This will be a 15 seat restaurant that will be doing a casual lunch (with rolls etc) and dinner will be Omakase only at $160 per person.
