Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Relations : Serve as the first point of contact for all members and guests, ensuring their experience is seamless, welcoming, and exceptional.
- Team Leadership : Supervise, guide, and motivate the front-of-house team, ensuring excellent communication and collaboration.
- Service Oversight : Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations and impeccable service delivery.
- Problem Solving : Anticipate guest needs and swiftly resolve any issues or concerns with professionalism and tact.
- Scheduling & Staff Management : Manage team schedules, training, and ensure all operational requirements are met.
- Hospitality Standards : Uphold and enforce the club's high standards of service, cleanliness, and ambiance at all times.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Members Experience Manager, Floor Manager, Maitre D', or similar front-of-house role in a luxury or private hospitality environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect with people of all backgrounds.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
