Robert Half's San Francisco Bay Area law firm client is seeking a Litigation Attorney.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience as a CA barred attorney.
• Strong writing and oral skills.
• Deposition and law and motion experience.
• Trial and arbitration experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a wide range of legal agreements.
• Manage all phases of civil litigation from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
• Deal with complex, significant matters that cut across legal and related areas.
