This position will report to the Senior Manager of Cost Control, under the Program Planning and Control team. Applicant will be primarily responsible for Program Planning and Control analysis for various contract types and sizes, interacting with all levels of Project Management and colleagues in other functional areas/departments.nnRoles and ResponsibilitiesnnAnalyze cost trends to correct errors and provide forward guidance to maximize revenue and profit and minimize cost variances.nnDevelop and control baselines, budgets, and forecasts using program resource estimates with appropriately applied rates and factors.nnMonitor schedule/milestones to facilitate estimates at complete (EAC) and process scope changes.nnPrepare and deliver customer report deliverables per the contract terms and conditions.nnDevelop price/cost estimates utilizing complex pricing concepts and applications.nnDevelop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), perform maintenance and charge number control.nnAnalyze program funding requirements and track subcontractor costs and vendor invoices.nnApplication of FAR, CAS and government accounting standards.nnPerform unique and complex accounting and analytical tasks, including accruals, account reconciliation and balance sheet analysis.nnDevelop presentations and reports for internal and external customers.nnImplement process improvement initiatives within the Finance/Program group.nnParticipates in the development of functional strategy and may be responsible for global processes and procedures.nnDevelop and carry out long- and short-term objectives and balance multiple priorities.nnIdentify , diagnose, and resolve complex problems independently.nnBasic QualificationsnnBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field and 7+ years in Project Controls or related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.nnDemonstrated knowledge of complex program management concepts (cost analysis, budgets, estimate to complete, etc.).nnProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
