The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support. This person will need to be local to a Florida office (Gainesville, Jacksonville, Melbourne, Naples, Orlando, Pensacola, Sarasota, Tallahassee, Tampa)

Responsibilities:

• Support marketing projects, including proposals and qualification documents for public/private sector requests
• Develop and update marketing materials, including resumes, project descriptions, and other collateral
• Edit materials for spelling, grammar, clarity, consistency, and quality
• Assist with creating effective graphics, layout designs, templates, and visuals for proposals
• Maintain marketing department’s database of proposal content

Skills: **Must have a portfolio

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-5 years in marketing (can consider more senior); preferred background in architecture, engineering, or construction industry
• Education: Degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field (not required if experience is sufficient)
• Skills: Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, certifications are preferred as they show growth mindset
