Litigation Associate Attorney - Tampa

Our client, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join their team in Tampa, Florida.

Overview:

The Litigation Associate position involves comprehensive civil litigation practices with a focus on preparing federal and state court filings, handling court appearances, managing discovery and motions, and taking and defending depositions.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of civil litigation experience
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Federal and state court or clerkship experience is preferred
• JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
• Active member of The Florida Bar
