Our client, a national distributor with a DC located in Fridley, Minnesota, has a great opportunity open for a Warehouse Supervisor in a facility where people enjoy coming to work every day!

Salary starts at $70,000/year, commensurate with experience

Sign-on bonus and Annual bonus opportunity

Two shifts available:

>Wednesday-Saturday, 5p-5a with every other Saturday off

>Sunday-Wednesday, 5p-5a with every other Wednesday off

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will:

Oversee the receipt, coordination, and safety of goods coming through the warehouse in collaboration with the warehouse manager

You will ensure that orders arrive and are dispatched on time to the appropriate destinations and in the expected quantities

You will staff, schedule, train, evaluate, and develop warehouse team members

You will oversee warehouse productivity by ensuring that customer schedules are met and operational efficiency is maximized

You will allocate necessary space for stock rotation, maintain appropriate inventory levels, and implement product loss controls

Manage timely, accurate and complete order pulling for all orders pulled during the shift. Make certain all orders are loaded in their entirety and in proper stop sequence on the assigned truck and trailer, and completes all necessary paperwork.

Utilization of Company's warehouse management system and other technologies available to maximize productivity. Analyzes the productivity levels of the warehouse operation and recommends appropriate changes.

Qualifications:

BA preferred; HS/GED, Associates degree

At least 3-5 years Supervisory experience in a warehouse/distribution center

Experience in the foodservice industry a plus

Ability to work in fast-paced environment, pivot, be flexible, decisive and open-minded

Experience with Unions preferred
