Job Description

Great opportunity for an experienced Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join a leading regional law firm in their Blue Bell, PA office on a direct hire basis. This position will be required to work in the office for the first 90 days before a hybrid schedule will be possible. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:


  • Evaluating new files
  • Client communications
  • Discovery production
  • Researching and preparing legal memoranda on various areas of law
  • Preparing and arguing discovery, substantive, dispositive pre- and post-trial motions and appeals
  • Attending pretrial listings, motions and trial.


Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate from an ABA-approved law school
  • An active license in good standing in Pennsylvania
  • 3-4 years of meaningful PA workers’ compensation insurance defense experience
  • Proficient in time-management, writing, and communication, with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast-paced and collegial work environment
  • All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time
