What You'll Lead:

• Enterprise Strategy : Define and execute a strategic roadmap to achieve aggressive revenue and profit goals, ensuring the company’s position as a market leader.
• Operational Excellence : Elevate the company’s operational effectiveness by leading all aspects of manufacturing strategy and execution, with a focus on low-acid aseptic processes and operational innovation.
• Brand Leadership : Spearhead marketing and commercialization strategies to scale innovative branded products, creating a lasting impact on consumer markets.
• Total Business Oversight : Lead manufacturing, supply chain, quality, engineering, R&D, business development, and marketing to deliver operational excellence and maximize stakeholder value.
• Revenue Growth : Expand revenue streams through innovative branded products, cutting-edge R&D, and high-value manufacturing partnerships.
• Cost Leadership : Drive cost efficiency and profitability by optimizing financial management, logistics, and operational budgets while maintaining the highest quality and regulatory standards.
• Regulatory Excellence : Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards, setting the benchmark for quality and safety in the industry.

What You Bring:

• Proven Leadership : 10+ years of executive (C-suite level) leadership in GMP-regulated environments such as low-acid aseptic food manufacturing, biotechnology, or pharmaceuticals. You’ve driven change, scaled operations, and delivered results.
• Visionary Thinking : Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to innovate and inspire teams in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
• Strategic Marketing Expertise : Demonstrated success in leading marketing and brand building, including product launches and scaling innovative products in food and beverage markets.
• Technical Mastery : Deep understanding of low-acid aseptic processing, microbiology, biotechnology, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Operational Expertise : Exceptional business operations, financial management, and P&L oversight with a focus on lean manufacturing, process optimization, and scalability.
• Educational Foundation : BS or MS in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is highly preferred.
• Compliance Knowledge : Extensive expertise in FDA, GMP, HACCP, and ISO regulatory frameworks.
