They are hiring a Payroll Specialist to assist with bi-weekly payroll processing, commissions, bonuses and reporting. Primary Functions:
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ Employees
- Multistate payroll processing
- Multi-State Payroll Compliance
- Will assist with Commissions and quarterly bonuses
- Benefits and Deductions
- Accurately process garnishment, tax levies, and child support orders
- Tax Filings and Reporting
- Document and maintain payroll procedures
- Prepare management and ad-hoc reporting
- Collaboration with HR & Accounting
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations, tax laws, and employment standards
- Demonstrate sense of urgency and works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ADP, highly preferred
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
- Bilingual in Spanish, preferred but not required
