Growing restaurant group in search of a sous chef that is still in love with working restaurants. This is a very organized and successful group that offers ongoing training, all scratch kitchens with menus that change seasonally. There are multiple concepts under the corporate umbrella so the room for advancement is not only to move up but with opportunities to work different cuisines and kitchens without changing your employer.
Most of their restaurants are located in southwest Los Angeles and we’re looking for sous chefs that are in driving distance or are already planning on being in the area.
Offering up to $85K starting base salary DOE and plenty of room for advancement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in light administrative duties (ordering, inventory etc)
- Strong skills in kitchen staff management
- Experience in managing food production
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Teamwork oriented
