About the team
The mission of the Creator and Affiliate design team is to design and build products that help creators promote merchandise to TikTok users. You will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across our creator platform, merchant platform and agency platform.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the design of global e-commerce creator products, covering both mobile and PC platforms. Work with the product manager to explore TikTok's interest-based e-commerce creator sales models, and provide high-quality solutions for matching creators and merchants on the platform.
2. Understand the entire business logic and breakdown and set design goals based on business objectives.
3. Responsible for end-to-end work, including design research, strategy development, design output, implementation, and iterative follow-up, ensuring product usability and aesthetics.
4. Actively participate in the business discussion and drive end-to-end experience optimization to achieve business metrics.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above in a design-related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience.
2. Familiar with various design principles and common design patterns. Able to integrate user research, competitive analysis, data analysis, and other methods to independently complete information architecture, interface layout, workflow, UI design, design specifications etc.
3. Possess an industry perspective and ability to identify design opportunities.
4. Prior experience in 0-1 projects and experience in both PC and mobile platforms is a plus.
