Core Responsibilities- Own the marketing strategy and execution for Birgo Capital, bringing subject matter expertise to elevate our reach
- Shape and align Birgo's brand identity, voice, and content strategy to achieve capital-raising goals
- Manage the company's social media presence, website, and Real Returns podcast to build an engaged community around Birgo
- Continually improve marketing strategies by interpreting performance data and team insights
- Coordinate public relations efforts, including press releases
- Create and oversee polished, professional graphic designs and videos
- Master evolving Meta and Google Ads strategies to optimize performance
- Direct the work of full-time virtual assistants to support marketing initiatives
- Identify, procure, and oversee consultants to execute key projects
- Support investor events by coordinating logistics such as the venue, vendors, and program
- Support Birgo's marketing efforts across the company, including employer branding, employee events, and Rhino Operating System (ROS)
- Other duties as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate
Successful Candidate ProfileExperience
- 5+ years in branding and content creation, ideally within financial products or services
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategies to boost audience engagement, elevate brand perception, and achieve measurable business outcomes
- Extensive graphic design experience or a proven ability to manage designers to deliver exceptional results
- Proficiency in creating or overseeing the production of high-quality video content
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and managing effective ad campaigns
- Familiar with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Adept at coordinating external resources, including designers, writers, and video producers
- Experience allocating marketing budgets and analyzing ROI
Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or qualifying work experience

- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to craft persuasive, engaging, and valuable content for marketing materials and thought leadership
- Analytical: Ability to track and analyze performance metrics for content and brand
