About this Role:As a Senior Director, Client Partner Executive at Conduent, you will oversee some of our most valued accounts across the Financial Services/Banking and Hospitality/Travel sectors. Your role is pivotal in nurturing client relationships while driving revenue growth and expanding service offerings. You will bring your experience in BPO sales and operational collaboration to elevate client satisfaction and deliver impactful business outcomes.
Responsibilities: - Cultivating long-term, meaningful connections across the C-Suite and other senior executives, becoming a trusted partner clients rely on for strategic insights.
- Applying consultative selling techniques to identify and secure cross-sell opportunities across Financial Services/Banking and Hospitality/Travel BPO domains.
- Partnering with solutions leaders to craft innovative value propositions tailored to client needs.
- Overseeing account-level P&L to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Supporting the business unit's strategic priorities and aligning client solutions accordingly.
- Collaborating with sales executives and delivery teams to secure sales of new services within established accounts.
- Recommending improvements to sales and marketing operations to optimize client engagement and revenue growth.
- Providing guidance on Conduent's BPO offerings, including customer experience, claims management, finance and accounting services, legal services, and more.
- Driving marketing efforts and ensuring alignment with global client needs and strategies.
Requirements: - Possess a minimum of 15+ years of enterprise-level sales and account management experience, with a proven ability to lead.
- Showcase deep knowledge of Financial Services/Banking and/or Hospitality/Travel BPO processes and solutions.
- Demonstrate a successful track record of growing existing accounts and achieving/exceeding sales quotas.
- Have expertise in account planning, relationship development, and identifying opportunities for client growth.
- Display strong experience in managing account-level profit and loss.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present to top management and executives.
- Work closely with service delivery and other internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and value delivery.
- Exhibit a results-driven, self-motivated approach to client management.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for bonuses or incentives. Conduent offers a variety of benefits including health insurance, dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $152,250 - $203,000
