Avenue Z, a leading media and technology company, is seeking a charismatic and strategic Business Development Professional with expertise in Public Relations and Digital Marketing to drive new business. This role will play a crucial part in expanding our market reach and building client engagements within the fast-paced, evolving media landscape. With exceptional presentation and communication skills, this individual will be key in cultivating relationships and closing high-profile deals.
Key Responsibilities:- Leverage experience in PR and Digital Marketing to secure new business opportunities for Avenue Z.
- Manage and drive a consistent schedule of new business meetings, both virtually and in-person.
- Research, plan, and coordinate new business prospects, aligning strategies with client goals and industry trends.
- Collaborate closely with internal experts across PR and Digital teams to present comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Utilize HubSpot to manage CRM activities, track sales metrics, and customize marketing materials.
- Actively participate in industry events, networking functions, and conferences to promote Avenue Z's offerings and build brand awareness.
- Develop and deliver high-stakes presentations to potential clients in PR, Digital, and Media sectors.
- Travel as required for client meetings, pitches, and industry events.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal teams, prospective clients, and industry stakeholders.
Required Skills and Knowledge:- Proven track record in business development, sales, or client management within PR, Digital Marketing, and or Media spaces.
- Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically, with a strong understanding of the media landscape.
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and sales tracking.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Existing professional network and proven ability to leverage existing relationships.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build and nurture industry connections.
- PR and/or Marketing agency experience.
Compensation:- Job Type: Full-time
- Annual Salary: $125,000 - $150,000/year
- Total Compensation Potential: $200,000 - $300,000/year, with commissions, stock options and total benefits.
