We're seeking a strategic and experienced HR Business Partner to help our teams and corporate leadership navigate the complexities of people and culture in a high-growth environment. This role will serve as a key partner in developing and implementing people strategies that drive business success, foster an inclusive culture, and enhance organizational effectiveness. Working closely with leadership teams, and reporting to the Director of People Operations, you'll provide strategic guidance across the full spectrum of HR functions while helping shape the future of our organization.
Where you'll workThis is a remote-friendly role with flexibility to work from home. Ideal candidates are located in Central or Eastern Time Zones, with occasional travel to Dallas-Fort Worth, TX. Candidates outside this area will be considered for the right fit.
What you'll doIn this role, you'll help our teams and corporate leadership navigate the complexities of people and culture in a high-growth environment. Working closely with leadership teams, you'll provide strategic guidance across the full spectrum of HR functions. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing people strategies while driving organizational effectiveness initiatives. A key focus will be supporting the cultivation of an inclusive company culture and contributing to strategic HR initiatives that align with our business objectives.
Strategic Partnership & Organizational Development:- Partner with leadership to develop and execute people strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational success
- Lead workforce planning initiatives, including organizational design, succession planning, and talent strategy
- Provide strategic guidance on complex employee relations matters, performance management, and organizational change
- Design and implement leadership development programs to enhance management capabilities and organizational effectiveness
- Drive DEI initiatives and ensure they are integrated into all people practices
Talent Management & Development:- Develop comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth targets and market dynamics
- Partner with hiring managers to create strategic workforce plans that address current and future talent needs
- Design and implement career development frameworks and succession planning processes
- Lead performance management processes and provide coaching to managers on effective feedback and development
- Create and oversee retention strategies to maintain key talent
Program Development & Implementation:- Design and implement innovative HR programs across multiple domains including compensation, benefits, and employee experience
- Lead the development of HR policies and practices that support business objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Oversee the implementation of HRIS solutions and people analytics programs
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and programs based on data-driven insights
- Manage international HR initiatives and ensure alignment with global HR strategies
RequirementsBasic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Master's degree preferred in HR, Organizational Development, or MBA
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, including strategic HR business partner roles
- Experience in PE-backed and/or software/technology companies required
- International HR experience required
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
- Strong understanding of HR analytics and experience with modern HR technologies
- Excellent project management and change management capabilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with remote/distributed teams
Preferred Experience- Experience leading HR transformation initiatives
- Track record of developing and implementing successful talent management programs
- Experience with high-growth organizations and scaling HR operations
- Knowledge of global HR practices and cross-cultural management

CompensationThe Targeted Base Salary Range for candidates located in the U.S. is $75,000 to $100,000.
Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience, specialized skills, internal alignment and a candidate's home base. Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation in addition to base pay may be provided as part of a total compensation package, including eligibility to participate in a bonus plan.
