Job DescriptionKPS Global is looking for someone with a broad base of marketing experience to leverage in this role. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing, managing people and bring intellectual knowledge, professional experience and personal characteristics that complement the existing team. You will be joining a small group that wears a lot of hats and is able to juggle priorities seamlessly with a smile. You will be reporting to the Director of Marketing.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing People: Manage a great group of coordinators and interns to successfully execute marketing goals
- Product Marketing: Work with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns for new and existing products
- Brand Marketing: Understanding and integrating new products and brand into existing brand architecture
- Communications/PR: Lead effort to develop relationships with trade publications to build awareness in the marketplace as well as manage the press release
- Sales Enablement and Trade Show Strategy: Align with the sales team to identify appropriate trade shows, material gaps and develop collateral including brochures, videos, podcasts, web content, blogs etc.
- Ownership of agency relationships: Manage agencies to adhere to integrated marketing timelines and ensure internal resources are aligned for paid and organic strategies
- Support marketing team and broader organization on other projects as needed
- Assuming ownership of and being held accountable for projects, team goals and company objectives

Required ExperienceEDUCATION/SKILL SET
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. MBA preferred.
- 7-10 years relevant experience with proven success in a B2B marketing role ideally in similar or tangent industries as KPS Global
- 1-3 years managing people/leading a team
- Excellent writing and presentation skills with a track record of quickly building credibility and successfully partnering with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to successfully handle multiple projects with competing priorities
