About the Role

The Analyst of Sales Operations is responsible for developing sales and inventory reporting to drive actionable sales optimization and inventory productivity insights for the North America Market at Orveon.

This role involves managing product allocations by customer, executing reporting, analyzing sell-in performance and business trends, and providing insights to sales, marketing, and supply chain partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of allocation systems within NetSuite.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Sales & Operations Execution Data Analysis and Reporting


In partnership with Supply Planning team, support preparation of weekly Sales & Operations Execution insights:

    • Previous week and month-to-date reporting: what products were ordered by customers and couldn't be shipped, where are we seeing demand spikes, etc.
    • Next week and month-to-go; what products are out of stock, what optimization actions should be taken.
    • Next month / next quarters: what products are at risk of being out of stock, what optimization actions should be taken.

  • Constrained products Reservation


Based on optimization actions aligned in Sales & Operations Execution meetings, manage reservation of constrained products by customer in Orveon Netsuite systems.

    • Partner with North America sales teams to confirm detailed quantities to be reserved by SKU and Customer.
    • Create the reservation in Netsuite.
    • Monitor consumption of the reservation month over month and identify any risks driven by to low or high consumptions trends by customers.

  • New Product Launch Allocation Management
    • In partnership with Demand Planning and NA Sales, collect opening order forecasts for launches.
    • Build Allocation files to track NPD and POSM orders by account.
    • Review POSM Shipments weekly in collaboration with the Channel Marketing Teams
    • Generate and interpret reports on launch Sell-Thru performance.


Qualifications

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools is required.
  • Good understanding of allocation and inventory management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite preferred.

At Orveon Global, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.

The pay range for this position is $64,500-$96,500. Supplemented with all the amazing benefits above for full-time employees!
