(Remote) preferred candidates who live on the East coast or West Coast

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Acts as backup for the Program Manager• Acts as backup program point of contact for the Contracting Officer(s) (CO/KS) and the Contracting Officer's Representative(s) (COR/ACOR).
• Provides leadership and guidance for the BPA contract personnel to achieve BPA and Call Order goals and objectives, addresses key risks areas, provides strategic guidance, and clears impediments to ensure high quality contractual delivery.
• Establishes and maintains strong client partnerships with key leadership, including providing innovative and strategic thought project and process improvement leadership guidance that enable the leadership to advance their capabilities.
• Anticipates and supports Call staffing needs, drives key team member recruiting and interviews, and guides Call Leads in team member selection.
• Ensures conformity to contractual obligations, establishing and maintaining master plans and schedules.
• Proactively addresses customer delivery issues with appropriately transparent customer communication and action-oriented activities through to resolution
• Provides leadership by example in all areas of BPA management activities, including but not limited to personnel actions, recruiting, Call Lead functions, and ongoing team communication.
• Supports the team in day-to-day activities in all task areas on the BPA.

Minimum Requirements:

• U.S. Citizen.•
• Active Public Trust clearance: or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Seven (7) years' experience in business development, re-engineering, or management.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Google Applications, MSOffice, or Smartsheet applications.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of technical data and information.

Preferred Requirements:

• Master's Degree.
• Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
