About Casa Nonna - is a new American Italian Restaurant that will feel like you are eating at your Italian grandmom's home. The feel will be warm and cozy and we will be using authentic receipe's from chef/co-owner Antimo Dimeo's grandmother who grew up in Naples Italy. It will offer lunch and dinner daily.

About Roost Bar & Kitchen - formally Stitch House will be a place where people can congregate and nosh on great food and drink craft beers, wines and specialty drinks

Job Summary:  As the Head Bartender at Bardea Restaurant Group, you will take on a leadership role in our bar operations, crafting unique and high quality beverages while managing the bar team. You will be responsible for inventory management, designing seasonal cocktail menus, and ensuring that our beverage service meets the high standards of our restaurant group. Your passion for mixology and excellence in service will help create memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the bar staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
• Create and update seasonal cocktail menus, experimenting with new drinks and trends to excite our guests.
• Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring top-notch quality and presentation.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked bar, overseeing inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and making personalized recommendations.
• Implement and uphold operating procedures to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the management team to build promotional beverage programs and special events.
• Train new bartenders and ongoing team members on drink preparation, service standards, and bar operations.
• Stay current on industry trends, cocktail recipes, and innovative techniques to continuously enhance the bar program.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender with a minimum of 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and beverage trends.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe, or equivalent) is preferred.
