We are a Itanlain / Mediterranean restaurant in Center city that is looking for a chef to
lead our kitchen staff. We have a small team of employees that will be there to assist in any way, team work is very important to us, you also
will be required to cook on some days. You will be responsible for food prep and maintaining
proper inventory levels and overseeing kitchen staff.
The requirements for the position include:
- Strong work ethic including the ability and desire to work all required hours necessary to get
the job done
- Keeping a clean kitchen and work area
- The ability to deliver the food timely and with quality
- Maintaining high quality and standards
- Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel
- Must maintain high personal hygiene standards.
- Manages labor of all kitchen staff, which includes but not limited to the following: budget
adherence, hiring, training and discipline of kitchen staff
- Must be a Team Player
Candidates should have at least 3years of cooking experience. Management experience
