LHH is hiring a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist for our client's accounting department. Responsibilities include data entry, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. Ideal candidates enjoy working with numbers and have strong attention to detail.
- Accurate financial data entry
- Process accounts payable/receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts
- Prepare reports and statements
- Maintain financial records and files
- Prepare invoices and process payments
- Support month-end/year-end closings
- Address financial inquiries
- Ensure compliance with policies/regulations
- Assist with administrative tasks
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting preferred
- Experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
