Key Responsibilities:

• Syringe Assembly and Testing: Assemble syringes and perform fluid push tests to ensure their functionality, completing 10-12 cycles daily, each consisting of 100 syringes.
• Laboratory Research Execution: Execute laboratory tasks following established protocols and procedures, under the supervision of senior scientists and technical leads.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all laboratory safety protocols, especially when handling instrumentation, chemicals, or biological materials.
• Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate and complete records of materials, methods, and results in compliance with laboratory standards.

Qualifications:

• Recent college graduate or current student in a relevant field (e.g., biology, chemistry, biomedical engineering, or related scientific discipline).
• Prior laboratory experience (academic or professional) is preferred but not required.

Work Environment:

• Laboratory-based position with strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
• Repetitive tasks, such as syringe assembly and testing, require attention to detail and physical dexterity.
