Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The HR Specialist will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all HR-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Employee Relations:
? Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
? Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and support.
? Help resolve employee issues in a timely and effective manner, maintaining positive employee relations.
? Assist in conducting investigations related to employee complaints, grievances, and conflicts.
• Performance Management:
? Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal processes.
? Support managers with performance feedback and employee development plans.
? Help track and monitor employee performance metrics.
• HR Compliance & Policies:
? Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
? Assist in the administration and communication of company policies and procedures.
? Support audits related to HR processes and records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Benefits & Compensation:
? Help administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
? Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of pay.
? Maintain confidential employee records related to compensation and benefits.
• Training & Development:
? Support training initiatives by coordinating logistics and scheduling sessions.
? Help identify areas for employee development and provide resources for continuous learning.
• HR Reporting & Administration:
? Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
? Generate reports related to headcount, turnover, performance, and other HR metrics as needed.
? Assist in preparing HR-related documents, including employment contracts, disciplinary notices, and termination letters.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
• Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
• Skills:
? Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
? Experience with HR software (HRIS) is preferred.
? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
