Must be able to understand and troubleshoot enterprise scale network environments. Our organization includes support for current and legacy Cisco technologies including switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers.nnResponsibilitiesnnBasic understanding of networking technologies or equivalent work experiencennExperience with enterprise ticketing systems and excellent documentation skills.nnAbility to perform job functions with minimal supervision.nnExperience troubleshooting Cisco iOS and Cisco nxOSnnExperience with monitoring and triaging alerts for incidents or other IT events.nnAbility to engage, troubleshoot and assist in resolution of tasks and incidents.nnDemonstrated experience within a technical problem-solving environment.nnWorks well within a cross functional organization and can communicate effectively with peers and stakeholders through verbal, written and interpersonal communication.nnMust be able to pass a drug test and federal background check.nnPreferred RequirementsnnCisco Certifications: CCNA or abovennCompTIA certifications: A+ or abovennVMWare/Microsoft/Azure/Datacenter certificationsnnOther industry certificationsnnKnowledge of ITIL or ITSM frameworksnnExperience working within a NOC/Command CenternnAssociate degree in an IT discipline, or equivalent work experiencennShift Timings:nnThis role will support the Global Command Center's 24x7x365 operation's schedule.
