We are seeking a Senior Estimator with 5-10 years of experience working on commercial or multifamily projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project estimating and preconstruction, with the ability to handle all aspects of cost estimating and value engineering.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the creation and completion of full project estimates.
• Analyze current market pricing and develop unit pricing for accurate cost forecasting.
• Research and identify material alternatives as required for the project.
• Develop value engineering ideas and provide associated costs.
• Create and manage preconstruction schedules, while understanding project staffing and general conditions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
• Perform detailed on-screen takeoffs and set up qualified subcontractor bid lists.
• Actively engage subcontractors to ensure competitive bidding and analyze bids for accuracy and scope coverage.
• Prepare professional presentation documents and present cost information to clients.
• Review, analyze, and correct estimates from other team members.
