Position Summary:  A Maître D is the warm, friendly face that immediately greets guests at the door, seats guests in a professional and prompt manner, and works closely with management. Excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to think and act quickly and effectively while retaining self-composure are essential.

Position Requirements:

• At least 2 years relevant experience in a reputable fine dining restaurant.
• Proficiency on a reservation system such as Open Table or Resy.
• Professional and polished appearance.
• Food and wine knowledge.
• Must be comfortable and skilled at describing menu items when guests inquire.
• Provide legendary hospitality to our renowned VIPs and regulars.
• Ability to manage a dynamic reservations book, incorporate guest requests and needs, and think on your feet with creative problem solving.
• Experience handling high volume service with excellence.
• Answering inquries over the phone and in person.
• Position entails standing and walking during entire shift.
