Job Description

Are you a client-focused professional with a passion for water and wastewater engineering? We are looking for a Client Service Manager to lead and manage engineering projects in the Houston region. In this role, you will play a key part in driving growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing the planning, design, and construction of complex water and wastewater treatment and infrastructure projects.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Manage multiple medium to large water/wastewater projects, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Lead the Design Build (DB) practice, tracking projects, supporting DB pursuits, and developing creative solutions.
  • Organize and manage project objectives, scope, and deliverables while leading technical teams.
  • Mentor and train internal staff while maintaining a collaborative, team-focused environment.
  • Actively participate in proposal preparation, client meetings, and contract negotiations.
  • Stay involved in industry associations, presenting technical papers and contributing to professional communities.
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration.
  • 15+ years of experience in water/wastewater treatment, collection systems, and related infrastructure projects.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience managing client relationships and project teams.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality services within project constraints (budget, schedule).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Design and construction phase experience in water/wastewater projects.
