Location: Canton, NC

Pay: $90k/year

Experience/Education: 2-year degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing/assembly environment.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: 2nd Shift, 2:30pm to 10:30pm

Greene Resources is seeking a Production Supervisor to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with required protocols.
• Direct team members to meet production, quality, and customer deadlines.
• Analyze production schedules and allocate resources effectively.
• Provide training, performance feedback, and leadership to all shift personnel.
• Conduct daily reports, safety meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to safety, quality, and efficiency.

Position Requirements:

• Preferred experience with SAP, lean manufacturing, and the automotive sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and understanding of inventory control practices.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing.
• Production scheduling and planning capabilities.
• Inventory control and management.
• Strong technical proficiency.
• Effective leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Advanced problem-solving abilities.
• Must have a keen attention to detail.
