Job Description: Are you an experienced Electrical Project Leader looking for your next big challenge? Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to lead and manage high-profile electrical projects in the Virginia and North Carolina area. This is your chance to work on some of the most exciting and impactful projects in the industry!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet all specifications, codes, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement project plans and schedules.
  • Lead a team of electricians and subcontractors, ensuring top-notch workmanship and adherence to timelines.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project milestones.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Leader or similar role in large-scale construction projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., Professional Engineer, PMP, OSHA certification) are a plus.


Desired Skills and Experience
- 10 years' experience in electrical construction
- 10+ years of handling large scale projects (50 million dollars or more)
- Must live within or be willing to travel in the DMV
