Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a ServiceNow Developer at Surya Technologies in Raleigh, NC. The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs. They will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, customize ServiceNow applications, and ensure smooth deployment and integration.

Qualifications

• Expertise in ServiceNow platform including ServiceNow scripting, platform configuration, and custom application development
• Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog
• Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• ServiceNow Developer certification is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
