About the Role:

Our client is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in service mapping and CMDB (Configuration Management Database). In this role, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and enhancing ServiceNow applications, ensuring smooth functionality and integration with other systems. You will lead the efforts to implement and maintain service mapping to ensure accurate representation of IT services, while also managing the integrity and consistency of the CMDB. The ideal candidate will work on creating and automating scripts, business rules, and workflows, as well as supporting incident and problem management processes. This role also involves collaborating with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements:

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience :
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Proven experience with service mapping and CMDB in ServiceNow.
• Technical Skills :
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), business rules, UI policies, and workflows.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Certifications : ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or other relevant certifications are preferred.
