BGSF has partnered with a company seeking to hire for position of FP&A Manager.

Location in Lafayette, Louisiana with full onsite work model.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
• MBA and/or CPA preferred
• Minimum 8-10 yrs of experience in finance and accounting or operational roles
• Minimum 2 years in senior level financial management roles, partnering with operations management
• Proficiency in finance and accounting systems (e.g. ERP, Hyperion, One Stream)
• Ability to motivate teams to produce quality work product timely
