The role will involve drafting and negotiating key employment agreements, such as offer letters, separation agreements, and restrictive covenant agreements. You will also collaborate with senior attorneys to advise clients on employment related aspects of corporate transactions e.g. wage and hour, discrimination, performance etc.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates should have three to six years of experience in handling the employment aspects of private equity or mergers and acquisitions deals, with a focus on drafting and negotiating employment-related agreements. Experience in employment dispute matters, investigations, and compliance issues is highly preferred, and you must have excellent academic credentials with a track record success in employment law.
