Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a productive work environment
- Oversee budgeting and financial management tasks, including expense tracking
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and inquiries
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to documents and records
- Support front desk operations, i.e. managing appointments
- Assist with clerical duties such as data entry, correspondence, and scheduling meetings
