Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 / hour (DOE)
Position Overview
Join a dynamic team as an Operation Support Services Representative! In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting processes related to Individual Life and Annuity products. This is an excellent entry point into finance, providing opportunities for growth within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support Activities (55%)
- Perform tasks related to Policy Services, New Business, and Annuity Services.
- Sort and distribute system-generated and manual outputs to clients, advisors, and internal teams.
- Review system reports and forward relevant information to appropriate departments.
- Respond to email requests, retrieving and distributing required outputs.
Policy Assembly and Distribution (40%)
- Assemble new life insurance policies and in-force reissue pages, ensuring accurate and timely distribution.
- Track policy details such as mailing and delivery dates using the VISTA Web system.
- Update internal files with necessary documents and ensure compliance with imaging requirements.
Reinsurance Coordination (5%)
- Prepare and securely transmit client files to external reinsurance partners.
- Monitor and respond to emails and referrals related to reinsurance notifications.
- Assemble client files in electronic formats for seamless transmission.
Additional Duties
- Continuously develop skills to adapt to evolving responsibilities and processes.
Qualifications
Technical and Industry Knowledge
- Familiarity with Individual Life products and workflows, including Life New Business, Underwriting, and Policy Administration.
- Proficiency in systems like Client Foundation System, VISTA, AdminServer, Lotus Notes, REM, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in assembling policies and handling client documents.
- Strong organizational and planning skills to manage shifting priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal teams.
