Role: Deskside Support Technician
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Mode of Hire: Full Time
Skills Required:-
• Associates Degree or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years prior deskside support experience
• Experience should be hands on support as opposed to phone support
• Experience with Desktop Break/Fix
• Experience with MS Windows 7-11
• Experience with MAC OS
• Experience with office technology (MS Office 365, Web-based Applications, One Drive).
• Install, move, add, changes (IMAC), build, configuration, and software support
• Experience in large corporate technical support environment
• Experience with ticketing tools – ServiceNow
• Experience providing excellent Customer Service and face to face hardware support to customers
