Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to students' needs.
• Adapt and modify instructional materials and methods to support student success.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote an inclusive classroom.
• Monitor and document student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Foster a supportive and encouraging environment to help students develop socially, emotionally, and academically.

Qualifications

• Required: Valid Special Education Teaching Certification (WA State).
• Must have OSPI (fingerprints required by the state)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with diverse learners and implementing evidence-based interventions.
