Consilio is seeking a Personal Injury Defense Paralegal for a San Antonio TX boutique law firm. This newly created position will support multiple Partners and Associates. Ideal candidates have 8-10+ years’ personal injury defense experience, including expertise working with insurance carriers and adjusters to handle claims. Strong trial prep skills, and demonstrated knowledge of how to bill time. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Adobe, Outlook, and e-filing required. Paralegal certificate a plus. • Reports to: Firm Administrator
• FLSA Status: Non-exempt
• Onsite/In-Office: Monday-Friday
• Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
• Salary Range: $70,000 – $75,000 + bonus
