Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and develop advanced financial models to identify and analyze key business drivers.
• Establish relevant metrics to evaluate growth, profitability, cost control, efficiency, and productivity.
• Provide management with high-value, actionable financial insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Lead and support operational initiatives across multiple business units.
• Play a key role in the budgeting and financial planning processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting during the monthly close process.
• Lead the revenue recognition and accounts receivable estimation efforts.
• Drive continuous improvements in reporting accuracy, efficiency, and overall business insights.
• Maintain proactive communication with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Contribute to ad-hoc tasks and projects to enhance processes and drive productivity improvements.
• Streamline and automate data collection and presentation workflows wherever possible.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with 2+ years of experience in investment banking, Big 4 accounting, or a corporate finance role. Candidates with internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Excel, with an analytical and inquisitive mindset.
• Experience using reporting and planning systems or tools.
• Familiarity with dashboarding, analytics, or programming tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, or SQL is a plus.
