Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced financial models to identify and analyze key business drivers.
- Establish relevant metrics to evaluate growth, profitability, cost control, efficiency, and productivity.
- Provide management with high-value, actionable financial insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Lead and support operational initiatives across multiple business units.
- Play a key role in the budgeting and financial planning processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting during the monthly close process.
- Lead the revenue recognition and accounts receivable estimation efforts.
- Drive continuous improvements in reporting accuracy, efficiency, and overall business insights.
- Maintain proactive communication with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Contribute to ad-hoc tasks and projects to enhance processes and drive productivity improvements.
- Streamline and automate data collection and presentation workflows wherever possible.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with 2+ years of experience in investment banking, Big 4 accounting, or a corporate finance role. Candidates with internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Excel, with an analytical and inquisitive mindset.
- Experience using reporting and planning systems or tools.
- Familiarity with dashboarding, analytics, or programming tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, or SQL is a plus.
