Job Descriptions:

• As a Client Instructor, you will develop and deliver training primarily for dealership parts professionals, with opportunities to support company personnel and customers.
• This role emphasizes aftermarket selling skills, common parts needs for Client equipment, and the professional skills essential for Client Ag and Turf dealership employees.
• Instructors will create, update, and deliver engaging content for students across the Client dealership network.
• Training formats include virtual courses ranging from four to eight hours, and in-person classes spread over two days, per week.
• Participants will include parts professionals and other aftermarket employees from Client dealerships throughout North America.

Top Must Haves:

• Professional Communication Skills: Ability to create and deliver engaging content in simple terms using today's technological classroom tools.
• Agricultural Knowledge: Strong knowledge of agriculture equipment and/or precision technology.
• Organizational Skills: Capacity to manage meetings with subject matter experts, meet delivery deadlines, and understand a variety of products and systems.

Education Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in an Adult Education discipline or Agriculture (AgriBusiness, Communication, Ag Ed, etc.) is ideal.
• A technical degree (e.g., JD TECH) is also acceptable.
