Job Description
Position Overview:
Client's is seeking Client Support Service Professionals to handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries related to Client's accounts. The successful candidate will provide accurate and efficient responses to client inquiries, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics. The support areas include Client's Cash Management products and services, Client's Online (client website), Mobile app, and general account or financial-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming phone calls with inquiries related to Client's accounts, including Cash Management products, online services, and general financial inquiries.
Provide high-quality, accurate, and efficient customer support to clients.
Ensure all inquiries are handled in a timely manner while adhering to department performance metrics.
Handle financial services-related questions, including account management, transactions, and product features.
Utilize company systems and resources to assist clients with troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Maintain professionalism and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering World-Class Service.
Contribute effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly within a busy financial services center.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: College Degree preferred.
Experience: Previous contact center or customer service experience is highly preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to manage customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Ability to work well in a team while maintaining individual performance goals.
A professional demeanor, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and client care.
