Key Responsibilities:

• Handle lamination processes with precision, creating layers for puff pastry and croissants.
• Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality during production.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Assist with scaling, mixing, and shaping doughs as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals efficiently.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a baker in a professional kitchen or bakery.
• Proficiency in lamination and working with various dough types.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
