We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with a passion for transforming innovative concepts into manufacturable designs. Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D CAD models and 2D drawings to support product development and manufacturing.
• Work closely with industrial designers to refine concepts into functional, production-ready solutions.
• Optimize designs for mass production, balancing functionality, aesthetics, and cost.
• Prototype and test designs, analyzing results and iterating to ensure products meet performance standards.
• Collaborate with global R&D teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to ensure seamless design-to-production transitions.
• Recommend materials and manufacturing processes that align with product goals and constraints.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in mechanical design for consumer products or similar industries.
• Expertise in CAD software such as SolidWorks, Pro-E, or similar, with a demonstrated ability to create precise, manufacturable designs.
• Strong understanding of design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) principles.
• Experience with materials and manufacturing processes, including plastic injection molding, metal fabrication, and finishing.
• A track record of collaborating across departments and with international teams to deliver successful products.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
