Our federal government client is seeking the services of an experienced Facilitator to coordinate and facilitate two in-person, bilingual symposium sessions, scheduled to take place over the course of two consecutive days.Tasks: Designing an agenda that is both engaging and relevant for the target audiencesDeveloping engagement methodologies for capturing feedback and input from participantsConducting a site visit to the venue prior to the event to assess the spaceDetermining if any additional technical requirements are neededDistribute pre and post-event communications materials to participants via emailFacilitating two full-day bilingual sessionsPresenting an interim draft report with preliminary findings and an initial analysisCreating a final “what we heard” report that summarizes participant feedback, outcomes, insights and recommendationsExperience required: BilingualReliability ClearancePhysically located within Edmonton or the surrounding regionExperience in successfully coordinating and facilitating focus group-style eventsExperience working with youth or in a youth-focused environment is an asset
