Job Description

A prominent CEO is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and energetic Executive Personal Assistant to support a fast-paced and luxurious lifestyle. Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Executive Personal Assistant will provide in-person support to the CEO for all matters relating to administrative support, household management, and family-related responsibilities. This dynamic role requires a highly organized and adaptable professional who excels in multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must have exceptional organizational skills, schedule flexibility, and enthusiasm for tackling diverse responsibilities, all while delivering the highest standards of service and professionalism.


What You’ll be Doing:

  • Executing daily activities of 2 children, ages 14 and 9, and 1 dog, including preparing and driving the children to school, camp and/or other extracurricular activities
  • Light housekeeping (i.e., tidying of home, garbage/recycling)
  • Manage calendars, enrollment, and scheduling appointments (both personal, and business)
  • Coordinate the planning and logistical arrangements for meetings and events
  • Completing cheque requests, monthly credit card expenses, and expense reporting

The ideal candidate must have an agile mindset and flexibility in the working hours, with the ability to handle last-minute changes calmly and confidently. Reliability is of the utmost importance and the candidate must respond to texts, emails, and phone calls quickly and efficiently. A professionally demeanour is essential with the ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion. Additional requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • Holding a valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record
  • Must have reliable and insured vehicle
  • Manage inbound communications through text, email and telephone
  • Basic Microsoft Suite skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • CPR/First Aid Certification a bonus
