Position Overview:

We are seeking an intermediate to senior associate with 2 to 5+ years of experience to join our real estate law team. The ideal candidate will have a strong concentration in residential and commercial real estate, land development, and new home construction and sales. Experience in commercial financing transactions and leasing is preferred.

This role involves assessing and advising on real property transactions, identifying risk factors, and managing legal issues related to residential and commercial real estate, financing transactions, and land development. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to independently manage files while collaborating effectively within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel on residential and commercial real estate transactions, including land development and new home sales.
• Assess potential risks and legal complications related to real property and financing transactions.
• Support land development projects with legal expertise and documentation.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Manage files independently while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization.

Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in real estate law.
• Expertise in residential and commercial real estate, land development, and condo construction and sales.
• Knowledge of commercial financing transactions is highly beneficial.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong work ethic, good judgment, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a high volume of files in a fast-paced environment.
