Change Lead

Mississauga

$100-130K (1 year contract)


The Change Lead will drive the change management strategy for the North America D365 Finance & Operations implementation. This role focuses on managing organizational change, communications, and training to prepare stakeholders for the transition. The Change Lead ensures stakeholders are engaged and supported throughout the project lifecycle, fostering successful adoption of the D365 Finance & Operations system. Collaborating closely with leadership and functional teams, the Change Lead designs and implements training programs, addresses resistance, and ensures organizational alignment for a smooth implementation.


Key Responsibilities:

Change Management Strategy

  • Develop and execute a tailored change management plan for the D365 Finance & Operations implementation.
  • Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder readiness analyses to inform adoption strategies.

Communication Management

  • Create and implement communication plans to effectively engage stakeholders.
  • Develop targeted messaging and materials, including newsletters, presentations, and project updates.

Training Development & Delivery

  • Identify training needs and design comprehensive programs for end users.
  • Oversee the creation of training materials and coordinate delivery to ensure system proficiency.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the main point of contact for all change-related questions and concerns.
  • Foster collaboration with key stakeholders to secure buy-in and support for the initiative.

Post-Implementation Support

  • Monitor adoption metrics and address resistance or challenges as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to sustain changes and embed new processes into daily operations.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, especially for ERP transformation projects.
  • Expertise in change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
  • Proven ability to manage communications and training programs for large-scale initiatives.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AX is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is considered an asset.
